Overview
Developed a comprehensive club management platform used by members, administrators, and club staff to manage events, announcements, groups, memberships, and day-to-day communication. Built real-time synchronization using Firebase to ensure every user receives instant updates across multiple devices without inconsistencies. Designed the application using Clean Architecture, BLoC, and Test-Driven Development, making the codebase scalable, maintainable, and easy to extend. Optimized performance for large member lists, real-time messaging, and dynamic content while delivering a smooth user experience on both Android and iOS.
